Homepage
Simplifying the Path to Conversion
The site redesign involved a comprehensive review of existing site content and user experience. Because the site homepage is one of our top-converting pages, emphasis was placed on the above-the-fold homepage experience.

Drupal's Layout Builder
A Refined Editing Experience
The second core goal of this project was to improve the back-end content editing experience to empower our content manager and free up development time. In Drupal 9, we were able to build a custom page layout builder and content editing structure, pictured here.

User Experience
User Testing to Identify Pain Points
This project was consistently informed by insights from our heat mapping tool, Lucky Orange and user testing conducted through UserTesting.com. This testing allowed us to improve our UX by identifying priorities and pain points for visitors.

Design System
A Cohesive Look & Feel
As part of this project, we developed a comprehensive design system for Arizona Online to create a cohesive look and feel across all materials.

Modular Program Pages
A Flexible Design Layout
For academic program pages, we developed two main page templates within our new layout builder—one basic and one extended. This enables us to expand program pages as colleges further develop the programs.
